iBita application is a means, method and mobile application/ downloadable software that provides direct contact between healthcare facilities and consumers.
When they need to voice a concern and convey their experience to a specific healthcare facility, Consumers can easily create a profile and sign up, sign in and choose one of the languages (English, Farsi, Spanish or Chinese), choose from the list of participating healthcare facilities, choose the category of concern, text or record their message, and submit the message to the attention of the facility. Furthermore, consumers can also give feedback to the healthcare provider via filling out the surveys provided on the iBita application.
